Mark started work at TBA back in 1990 and moved into the Production team in 1992. Mark's role as Production Manager encompasses Production Scheduling, planning and efficiency, Stock Control, inventory management and process improvements

Coating specialities include polymers, binders and treatments, in Defence, Safety Clothing, Civil Engineering, Marine and Aerospace applications. Over the last 13 years working at TBA. Research includes developing a new aluminising process, silicone coatings with enhanced fire and thermal protection properties and intumescent coatings for fire barrier systems.
