Started in Research at British Textile Technology Group, specialising in fire protective clothing, furnishings etc. Moved to TBA ECP, R&D for Conductive Polymers and Coatings. Responsible for implementation of BS5750(ISO9001) at TBA ECP. Moved into Product Management, eventually becoming Business Manager of TBAPS (ECP) Brief spell as Managing Director of Dexine Rubber Products, then became Managing Director of TBA Textiles, before finally returning to TBAPS as Director.

Jim has worked at TBA since 1971, mainly in Finance, and deals with all aspects of the Financial side of the business. Jim ensures that any decisions made for the business are first and foremost viable financially.

Mark started work at TBA back in 1990 and moved into the Production team in 1992. Mark's role as Production Manager encompasses Production Scheduling, planning and efficiency, Stock Control, inventory management and process improvements

Graduate qualified, BSc Chemistry with 40 years experience of textile research. Expert in textile coatings and coating techniques. Coating specialities include polymers, binders and treatments, in Defence, Safety Clothing, Civil Engineering, Marine and Aerospace applications. Over the last 13 years working at TBA. Research includes developing a new aluminising process, silicone coatings with enhanced fire and thermal protection properties and intumescent coatings for fire barrier systems.
